Orders and Shipping

To give you the best prices our products ship from various international warehouses.

 

Handling times: 3-5 business days.

Shipping to US buyers typically take 7-30 days.

Shipping to Canada typically takes 15-45 days.

 

If you live somewhere else and wish to make a purchase, please contact us. Tell us what country you are from and what items you would like to order and we will see if we can help you.

 

If more than 45 days have passed please contact us to review the status of your order.

After your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your account and click on Orders from the menu.

Click here and enter your email address. A temporary password will be sent to your email.

Sign in to your account, click on Addresses in the left menu, then click Add or Edit next to the address you want to add or change.

If you need to change your shipping address on an order you just placed, contact us as soon as possible. We can only change this if it has not already shipped.

For your safety, we do not keep your credit card on file. We use PayPal as a secure payment gateway to process your transactions. If you have any question on how PayPal handles your information, please contact them.

We are required to collect sales tax in some locations. If we collect tax in your location you will see sales tax added to your order.

Currently we only ship to the United States and Canada.

When you order multiple items, sometimes they will be shipped separately in order to reduce shipping costs for you. You may receive one item before the next, so don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once… they will get to you! The reason we do this is to get you the best deal from our suppliers.

We have a 30 day return policy. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Some items must be returned in their original packaging.
